About us

Meet the founders — Harry and Arabella.

During a sabbatical from work, Harry and Arabella spent time travelling through India and discovered the beauty of Jaipur's traditional block prints, instantly falling in love. Inspired, and with their wedding just a few months away, they commissioned 200ft of custom table runners and 180 hand-printed napkins to bring their wedding tables to life. The result was full of fun and colour, sparking the idea for Stone & Peacock.

Colour, energy and a love of bold design rooted in craftsmanship are what Harry and Arabella stand for, and the name Stone & Peacock reflects just that. They are the Stones, and the peacock — India's national bird — speaks to the culture and craftsmanship that continues to inspire everything throughout the business.

The craft belongs entirely to the artisan families of Jaipur who have perfected it over generations. Stone & Peacock simply aims to share it.
